What peer comparison means. Your peers are other independent shops with a similar technician count and a similar mix of work (general repair, diagnostics / electrical, maintenance / tires). A comparison appears only when it includes at least 5 businesses.

Start with an export from your shop management software. We will confirm which fields are available and agree on metric definitions before preparing your report. No customer names or contact details are needed.

How your data is used

1. No comparison is shown unless it includes at least 5 businesses.
2. Peers are never named, and no other company's numbers are shown individually.
3. Your data is used only for your report and anonymized peer benchmarks. It is never sold and never shared with the association.
4. You can leave and have your data deleted on request.
5. Associations see only aggregate cohort statistics, never any member's data.
