See how your tow company compares
Pocketstats gives independent tow operators a private report comparing their dispatch numbers with similar companies — by fleet size and type of work. Join the founding cohort.
Six numbers, compared with your peers
- Response time — how long from dispatch to arrival.
- Acceptance rate — share of offered calls you take.
- ETA accuracy — how close your promised ETA is to reality.
- Gone-on-arrival rate — how often the customer is gone when you get there.
- Time on scene — how long a typical call ties up a truck.
- Calls per truck — how hard each truck is working.
What peer comparison means. Your peers are other companies with a similar fleet size and a similar mix of work (motor club, police / private property, accident recovery). A comparison appears only when it includes at least 5 businesses.
How your data is used
- No comparison is shown unless it includes at least 5 businesses.
- Peers are never named, and no other company's numbers are shown individually.
- Your data is used only for your report and anonymized peer benchmarks. It is never sold and never shared with the association.
- You can leave and have your data deleted on request.
- Associations see only aggregate cohort statistics, never any member's data.
For associations
Members get a clear picture of where they stand against comparable operators, without the association handling anyone's data. You see only aggregate cohort statistics — never an individual member's numbers. To talk about a partnership, email contact@pocketstats.io.
Price
$150 per location per month. Members of partner associations get a discount.
